Welcome
You might be here because you’re embarking on therapy for the first time, or you may be revisiting therapy at this stage in your life. Perhaps you're feeling anxious, stuck, depressed, angry, overwhelmed, unfulfilled, or lost. Whatever your experience may be, I’m glad you’re here.
I am a fully qualified and insured Relational Integrative Counsellor registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I offer one-to-one individual therapy to adults struggling with a wide range of experiences, including anxiety, relationship issues, depression, identity, self-confidence, anger, and grief. I have particular experience in supporting both diagnosed and undiagnosed neurodivergent folks, as well as in supporting people from marginalised communities who have experienced intergenerational trauma. Through curiosity and authenticity, I will offer you a safe, non-judgmental, and empathetic space to explore any issues you are struggling with and support you to develop a better understanding of who you are and what you need. I feel that we all have the potential for growth and change, and that this begins by better understanding and accepting where we're at and what we need.
I appreciate that trying to find a counsellor can feel daunting, and I honour wholeheartedly the significance of finding the right practitioner for you. If you feel that working together might be a helpful way forward, please do get in touch. You can read more about how I work, my availability and fees, and how I can be contacted below.
“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.” - Carl Rogers
