Welcome
I am a Relational Integrative Counsellor based in London , offering therapy to individual adults (18+) both in-person and online.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

You might be here because you’re embarking on therapy for the first time, or you may be revisiting therapy at this stage in your life. Perhaps you're feeling anxious, stuck, depressed, angry, overwhelmed, unfulfilled, or lost. Whatever your experience may be, I’m glad you’re here.
I am a fully qualified and insured Relational Integrative Counsellor registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and work in accordance with their ethical framework. I offer one-to-one individual therapy in East London (E9) to adults struggling with a wide range of experiences, including anxiety, relationship issues, depression, identity, self-confidence, anger, and grief. I have particular experience in supporting neurodivergent folks and working with the experience of intergenerational trauma. Through curiosity and authenticity, I will offer you a safe, non-judgmental, and empathetic space to explore any issues you are struggling with and support you to develop a better understanding of who you are and what you need. I feel that we all have the potential for growth and change, and that this begins by better understanding and accepting where we're at and what we need.
I appreciate that trying to find a counsellor can feel daunting, and I honour wholeheartedly the importance of finding the right practitioner for you. If you feel that working together might be a helpful way forward, please do get in touch. You can read more about how I work, my availability and fees, and how I can be contacted below.
“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.” - Carl Rogers
