Availability and Fees
My standard fee is £75 for a 50-minute session of therapy, however I do also offer concessionary rates based on circumstance. I invoice session fees in advance in either weekly or monthly blocks depending on what works best.
I offer individual counselling to adults (18+) both online and in-person. I currently have in-person availability on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in Hackney (E9), and I also offer online therapy on Thursdays.
I standardly offer therapy on a long-term ongoing basis, but can also offer some short-term work as well. If you are interested in working together on a long-term basis, this generally involves contracting for 6 months to a year or beyond. There is always scope for us to extend our work beyond what we have contracted for, as well as bring our work to an end earlier.
I offer a free 20-minute telephone conversation before we begin working together to briefly discuss what you're looking for and explore whether I would be a good match for you as a counsellor.

Terms and Conditions
Once we have agreed to work together, we will decide on a provisional date and time for our first session and I will send you a therapeutic contract and a client personal information sheet to read through, complete, and sign. The therapeutic contract will cover key information including session time and place, confidentiality, fees, and holidays and cancellations. The intention of this document is to create a safe and contained space for our therapeutic work. The client personal information sheet will ask you to provide your full name, address, and contact details, as well as your GP contact details.
Our first session will be an assessment session, where we will go through the therapeutic contract together and I will ask you questions around why you’ve come to counselling, what your hopes or goals for therapy are, and a bit about your background and context. This session will also be an opportunity for us both to develop more of a sense of whether working together would be a good fit. Our therapeutic work beyond this will be more exploratory and open based on what you need.
